Support
As a part of implementation you receive two hours of free training on the system. I will be happy to provide more training as an part of your management plan or as ala carte service should you choose it.
Customers can receive a live telephone support during my office hours, Monday-Friday 8 AM till 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. During off hours, you may leave a message and I will call you the first thing next business day.
I offer 4-hour email support (within normal business hours) as standard for all my plans. I offer telephone support to any client through prepaid support and maintenance plans as well as on hourly basis. Please refer to my price list and support and maintenance plans for more detail.
Yes, I provide help to everyone at my standard telephone support fee. For pricing, please refer to my price list.
