M-R-S Audio / Visual is a company that specializes in the sale and rental of audio / visual equipment. We were approached by their web developer to design a homepage concept that presented their products and services in an organized manner that was quickly and easily identifiable by their potential clients. M-R-S' previous site suffered from poor usability, and lack of focus; users' were left wondering what exactly their area of expertise was. We examined M-R-S' business model and identified the key aspects of their day to day operations. Their main focus is the sale and rental of audio / visual equipment, but they also provided installation and setup services. We organized their homepage so that the 4 main facets of their business were given the most prominence. As well as their physical services, they also wanted to be a resource for a/v news and information, so we created a section for news updates, as well as a rotating image carousel for maximum impact.
